* Verotel is based outside the USA but processes for webmasters all over the world. They offer third-party processing for paysites and offer various options for you. If you are in the USA you do not have to pay them the Visa or Mastercard registration fees.

I have used them in the past for my own paysites and never, ever had an issue of not being paid on time. CCBill

If you sell subscription-based services, such as paysite memberships, CCBill may be a great choice for you as a third-party processor.
